The resulting wine displays fruit characters of sweet red berries and plums with leather and roasted chestnuts complexity integrating well with spicy French oak.

The wine exhibits typical Pinot characters of plum and cherry with a slight vanillian spice on the nose, rounded off by a palate which is rich and velvety, integrated with sweet spicy oak.
