Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
MINIMUM SALE
One dozen bottles mixed.
DELIVERIES
A minimum of 24 bottles of wine will be delivered free locally (W1, SW1, SW3 - 8, SW10 - 12 & SW18). Anywhere else in the UK will be charged at cost of carrier.
COLLECTIONS
Collections may be arranged from 1e Broughton Street, London, Battersea, SW8
SALE OR RETURN
All wines are sold on a sale or return basis if returned within 30 days in "as sold" condition, but this should be agreed at point of purchase. Special offers and Promotions are NOT open to this facility.
PAYMENT
Switch, Delta, Mastercard and Visa cards are accepted. Otherwise payment can be made in cash or by cheque covered by a banker's card.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
All stocks are offered subject to remaining unsold. Title to the products shall only pass to The Buyer after full payment has been made to New London Wine. Until full payment has been made for the products, New London Wine has the right to take possession of the products (and for that purpose The Buyer authorises New London Wine to enter its premises and agrees and agrees to store the products in such a way that they are readily indentifiable as the property of New London Wine) without notice, in addition to any other remedy at law.
CLAIMS
Breakages or shortages will only be credited if signed for and if we are notified within 3 working days of delivery.
